Paper Plate Aquarium Craft for Kids
Recently we did this beautiful paper plate aquarium craft. This is really a fun and simple craft idea. Kids of all ages will love it! Kids aged 3-5 can also easily do this activity.
From our recent holiday to Andamas my son had collected some stones from the beach. I was looking for craft ideas to make use of them. Finally, we decided to make a mini aquarium with it.
Supplies Required For Paper Plate Aquarium Craft
- Paper Plate
- Blue paint
- Colorful paper to make cut-outs of fish
- Green paper to make cut-outs of the seaweed
- Stones and pebbles
- Craft Glue
- Googly eyes
First, paint the plate blue. You can paint it with a paintbrush or sponge.
Next, keep it aside to dry.
Make cutouts of fish and seaweeds from colorful papers. You can even make cutouts of other sea animals like starfish and jellyfish.
Stick the cutouts of fish and seaweeds on the blue side of the plate. Add googly eyes to fishes. Also, add pebbles and stones. You can even add seashells. Press down gently so they stick well.
Then set it all aside to let it dry completely. Your gorgeous Paper Plate Fish Aquarium Craft is ready now.
